My Banana Won

For the first time ever, I entered some of my items in the handmade top 10 contest, and after several grueling days of tracking votes, my banana made it into the top 10 in the yellow category!  It's number 8, but I'm SO EXCITED!  YAY!

A crochet banana

I have found a new avenue in crochet that interests me!  Crochet food.  Here is my first creation, a banana!  This banana is machine washable and dryable.  You can purchase this banana by following the link to my etsy shop.  Here it is:

This banana comes out of its peel as well.  This would be a great addition to my sock monkey hats, of which you can find three different versions in my etsy shop:  www.etsy.com/shop/suefern643.  Could be a great idea for Halloween.
